The ID & PASS will be issued which will enable you to visit auction sites of USS, Used car System Solutions, throughout Japan. Please log into the auction website using the ID & PASS issued, and search vehicles you wish to purchase. The website can be displayed in English.

When you find vehicles you want to purchase, please request us for quotation. We will also do the search for you, if you tell us the model year, distance, model code, evaluation, etc. For those who are staying in Japan, we could accompany you to the auction site and preview.

After the estimate is set, the vehicle will be purchased by auction.

[There are cases that deposit is required. The deposit will be deducted from the billing amount at the end.]

■Merit of our company

We charge the actual price of vehicle purchase and not the amount quoted. Many other companies charge the amount quoted.

We show the purchase price to the client clearly.

Commission charge is 55,000 JPY across the board.

[Paperwork for formalities is included in this charge.]

The vehicle will be shipped to the shipping yard. For the vehicles requiring maintenance, the required maintenance will be done at our partnering maintenance shop beforehand.

After various inspections and formalities, shipment will be done.

[The vehicle and document shipment will be carried out, after we confirm the payment.]

※Please note that we do not accept payment by letter of credit.

■Required Costs

• Vehicle purchase cost (paid to the auction site)
• Freight cost from the auction site to the shipment yard (Also from the auction site to the maintenance shop, and to the shipment yard, when maintenance is required)
• Maintenance cost (only when needed)
• Custom clearance cost (including radioactivity inspection cost)
• Marine insurance (when needed, we will arrange it)
• Ocean freight cost (RORO ship, container ship)
• Commission charge (55,000 JPY)

Some shipping destinations require additional formalities such as export inspection. Cost varies depending on the vehicle type and the port of landing, etc.

■Important Note

・Regulation regarding used car import varies country by country. Please check regulations of your destination by yourself. Our business support is limited to the port of Japan. We appreciate your understanding.

・About marine insurance: the vehicles are insured to the port of arrival for the cases of fire, explosion, overturn of the ship, etc. Damage and/or theft of parts during the shipment will be beyond the insurance coverage.

Export of used car, used motorcycle and construction machinery from Japan requires various expertise for customs formalities, shipping arrangement, and regulations and inspection formalities.

We offer acting service for all these formalities by commission charge only.
